The telephone is a unique technology that has become a significant part of our daily lives. Despite using the phone for business, shopping, and carrying out other services, without the telephone, we would not be able to contact people we love, or quickly find the help we need in emergency situations. The concept of the telephone has existed for over a thousand years and can be traced back to as early as the 10th century, when a Chinese inventor created a mechanical device that enabled communication through speaking tubes.
It can be daunting for homebuyers and sellers to keep track of all the details related to a home inspection or final walk-through. After nine years as a real estate broker and as a syndicated columnist on RealtyTimes.com and author of my fourth real estate book; 1001 Tips for Buying and Selling a Home, I have mapped out all the possible items and ideas that you should keep in mind when completing these two important parts of a home purchase or sale.

The Cellular Phone Revolution erased all of this. For many young professionals, cell phones have replaced watches as status symbols; for older people, they represent how technologically advanced (or challenged) a person is, and everyone in the workforce is now as or more accustomed to using their cell phones as they are to using "land-lines", which many people have no use for in their homes anymore.
There are so many people who are looking for how to trace an address from a telephone number for various reasons. In fact, recent researches show that more than 50,000 people per day are looking for how to trace someone using their telephone number. There are times in life when you have a telephone number but you can not remember who owns the number, there are also times when you need to reunite with your old friends or relatives but all you have his their phone number.
